Are Estimates Free?

Yes, I provide free estimates.

Do you schedule appointments during Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays?

Yes, please call to confirm dates.

Do you charge by the job or by the hour?

By the hour. Labor rate is $45/hr + tax.

Do I provide the materials necessary for my project?

You will save the most money by providing the materials for me at the job site. I can acquire materials at my labor rate if you are unable to do so.

Do I need to be at the property at the time of service?

No, you do not need to be at the property. If you wish to be there, that is okay.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required. You can pay labor at the end of the job, but materials must be paid for as required by the current job.
